1. Information We Collect

TechMights Hosting Portal collects account details (name, email address, password hashes), authorized website connection configuration (hostname, port, username, encrypted FTP/FTPS passwords), and security audit logs (client IP addresses, timestamps, file action summaries).

2. How We Protect Your Credentials

All FTP, FTPS, and SFTP passwords are encrypted using industry-standard authenticated AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are stored separately outside the public web document root. Saved credentials are never sent back to browsers or logged in audit records.

3. Data Isolation

Each client operates in an isolated tenant environment. Client A can never view or manipulate Client B's website connections, file listings, or account details. TechMights administrators only access connection health and approval metadata.

4. Account Deletion

Clients may submit an account deletion request at any time through their Account Settings dashboard. Upon processing, all saved connections, credentials, and profile records are permanently removed.
